A Message from Manoj, Founder & CEO of Thinktomi

Welcome to Thinktomi!

Through my global work experience, including six Silicon Valley startups, I have learned much about business and entrepreneurship -- often the hard way. When I had the opportunity to teach Executive MBA students I started to realize what was lacking in real-life business education; in particular, the relevant basic building blocks of Silicon Valley's disruptive methodologies. Furthermore, I realized that this approach could be made accessible to a much broader population, could empower new innovation, and could spur growth of existing businesses.

At Thinktomi, we are working to change the way the world learns by offering cutting-edge business programs to students of all ages and backgrounds. We are an education company that teaches live, facilitated classes, featuring Silicon Valley thought leaders -- in entrepreneurship, law, financing, international business, social enterprise, and more. Our programs bring the classrooms to life and make learning fascinating.

Thinktomi’s modular curriculum allows for quick customization to meet individual organizational needs. Our clients include foreign governments, accelerators, state and local municipalities, high schools, businesses, and individual students from all over the globe.

Our alumni are given the opportunity to become part of the Thinktomi Global Network (T-Global). We believe this network will have both global business and social impact.

Impact is very important at Thinktomi. We recently incorporated as a Delaware Public Benefit Corporation. As part of our 2|2|2 Impact Initiative, we are committing 2% of our profits, 2% of our time, and 2% of our programs to the community.
